When making a claim it is important to provide as much detail as possible.

If your property is affected here’s what to do:
  1. In an emergency call the SES on 132 500 who will undertake temporary repairs to make your home or situation safe. If you’re not sure when to call SES, check out the following diagram
  2. Do what you can to prevent further loss by laying towels or setting up buckets to catch water or secure property down where possible
  3. Document the claim, make good file notes, take photos, keep receipts of urgent repairs & talk to your broker.
